What we hold

Your account (name, email, time zone), your funding profile, what you save and search for, your applications and the documents you upload, alerts we send you, and payment records. We also keep a security audit trail of important actions.

Why

To find and explain funding you can apply for, to run your application workspace, to send the alerts you ask for, to bill you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not share your profile or applications with funders.

Your documents

Documents are encrypted at rest and available only to people you add to an application (and, for institutional applications, your organization's grants office). AI analysis reads only the documents you mark as allowed; highly restricted documents never go to AI. Expert reviewers see only what you choose to share.

AI

By default, proposal reviews run on our own rules engine on our servers. If an external AI model is enabled, only the sections and documents you allowed are sent, under the provider's data terms, and this page will name the provider.

Your rights

Download all your data at any time from Settings → Your data, correct your profile, or delete your account. Submitted application snapshots, invoices and security records are kept as records of what happened.
